Sunriseatlasq is a Kisumu-registered business providing structured local services across three core areas.
Sunriseatlasq was founded in 2018 by a small group of Kisumu professionals who identified a gap in the local market: reliable, accountable service delivery without the friction of dealing with distant providers who didn't understand the city's rhythm. We started with two staff members handling on-site service calls in the CBD and Milimani districts. By 2021 we had grown to a team of seven, added consultation services, and taken on our first commercial retainer clients in the manufacturing and hospitality sectors. Today, our team of nine handles hundreds of engagements annually — from single-day residential jobs to multi-week commercial projects spanning several sites in Nyanza County. We operate from a teal-modern, purpose-fitted office on Oginga Odinga Street, designed to support clear briefings, organised documentation, and efficient scheduling. Every client interaction is logged, and every completed job is archived with a completion report that you can request at any time. We serve individuals, SMEs, and larger registered businesses. Our work cuts across service delivery, professional consultation, and product sourcing — three distinct but sometimes overlapping areas that we coordinate under a single point of contact for each client.
How we work — and where we draw the line
Our process is methodical, and our limits are honest.
Every new engagement starts with a scoping call or in-person brief, never an assumption. We ask specific questions, document the answers, and produce a written scope and timeline before any work begins. Our team members are assigned based on skill match, not availability alone — if the right person isn't free until Thursday, we tell you on Monday rather than sending the wrong person today. We communicate proactively: if something changes mid-job, you hear from us before the situation escalates. There are things we do not do. We don't take on jobs that require professional licences we don't hold — construction structural work, regulated financial advice, and medical services are outside our scope, and we will tell you clearly if your request falls into those categories. We also can't guarantee outcomes that depend on third-party decisions — supplier delivery windows, government processing timelines, or utility connection approvals. What we can guarantee is that we'll manage those dependencies transparently and keep you informed at every stage. The result is a working relationship where you know what to expect, and so do we.
